Annual Meeting
The 2010 APA Annual Meeting will be in New Orleans May 22-26, 2010. The meeting features more than 500 scientific sessions, including guest lecturers, new research poster sessions, networking opportunities and up to 58 professional education credits.

Institute on Psychiatric Services
The Institute on Psychiatric Services is held each Fall. The IPS, which offers up to 40 continuing education credits, is intended to provide training and support for psychiatrist and other mental health professionals relevant to a clinical setting.

Governance Meetings
The association is governed by the Board of Trustees, which includes national and regional officers as well as trustees elected by the membership. The Assembly, the Joint Reference Committee and various committees and councils also meet regularly to conduct APA business. |
